Join me for a journey, an “out of body” experience with new instruments, new sounds, and a new level of “wow.”. Many of my “frequent flyers” share profound experiences of “leaving their body” or a floating feeling between wakefulness and sleep. Every sound bath is unique yet profound; Gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and string instruments are gently played to fill the room with ethereal harmonics that define and shape the silence much like an artist uses shadows to define the light. During this experience, I offer a brief introduction about sound and the experience before you get cozy in your “nest” on the floor to experience an hour of sound; the final 15 minutes are dedicated to a gentle waking state with subtle movements, time for journaling, sitting in the new stillness, and sharing. I hope you join us for this magical and mystical journey through sound. 

What to expect from a Healing Sound Bath Session:

While lying down in a comfortable position on a cushion or yoga mat, Nicole will bring in soothing harmonic sounds and gentle vibrations to encourage your mind and body to release all thoughts and worries and fall into a state of meditation. While in this relaxed and aware state, the harmonic tones and vibrations will cleanse, recharge, and balance the mind, body, and spirit.
Leave this sound bath feeling more relaxed, creative, and connected to your true heart-centered self. Energetically, emotionally and physically, you may feel lighter after a session with senses awakened. Any pain, tension, or anxiety felt before the session may be greatly reduced.
No meditation experience is required. All you have to do during the session is just lay down, relax, and be open to receiving the sounds and vibrations.

How to prepare:
– Dress in comfortable clothing 
– Eat a light meal or snack 1-2 hours before the session 
– Hydrate 
– Journal any intentions you may want to add to your sound journey 
– Be open to the experience 

What to bring: 
– Yoga mat, Blanket, and Bolsters are provided (But if you need extra, please feel free to bring your own) 
– Anything else you need to be comfortable in a lying position 
– Eye covering 
– Comfy Socks and dress and layers for comfort 
– A Journal or notebook for introspective reflection 

Time for introspective reflection and a moment to embrace the silence will be provided, with additional time to bring the voice back into the room for those who like to share their experience.
