DESCRIPTION:Beginning this April\, Soulful Sounds is now offering sound healing and sound meditation sessions inside Haven Shala in Bolivar\, Ohio. \nThis beautiful studio space provides a peaceful and welcoming environment for the work I love sharing with this community. Haven Shala is known for its warm atmosphere and thoughtful approach to wellness\, making it a natural home for sound meditation and restorative experiences. \nI am deeply grateful to Tara\, owner of Haven Shala\, for opening her space and welcoming Soulful Sounds into the studio. It is truly a gift to continue offering this work in a setting that values healing\, presence\, and personal growth. \nSince 2018\, Soulful Sounds has been offering sound baths\, private sound healing sessions\, and vibrational sound meditation designed to help people slow down\, reconnect\, and experience deep relaxation through the power of sound. \nThis new location allows the work to continue growing while remaining rooted in the same intention it has always held: creating a calm and supportive space where people can step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with themselves. \nBoth private sound healing sessions and sound meditation experiences are now available at Haven Shala. \nIf you have been curious about sound healing or sound baths\, this is a wonderful opportunity to experience them in a peaceful studio environment right here in Bolivar. \nI look forward to welcoming both familiar faces and those discovering sound meditation for the first time. \nThank you for continuing to support Soulful Sounds and the community that has grown around this work. \nI look forward to seeing you at Haven Shala. \n— Nicole
