Immersive Sound Meditation Workshop

Immersive Sound Meditation Workshop- with Nicole Schoeppner, VSTP
In a world filled with constant movement and noise, this day-long retreat offers a sacred pause — an invitation to return to the quiet sanctuary within.
Throughout the workshop, participants will be gently guided through immersive sound meditations using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and monochord. Each instrument is intentionally played to create a field of soothing resonance that supports deep relaxation, emotional release, and spiritual reflection.
Between sound meditations, participants will be invited into moments of guided contemplation, journaling, meditative movement, and shared silence — creating space for the heart to soften and the mind to rest. These moments allow participants to listen more deeply to the still, small voice within and reconnect with a sense of presence and clarity.
This retreat is designed for anyone seeking deep rest, spiritual renewal, or a meaningful encounter with the sacred.
No experience with sound meditation is necessary — only a willingness to be present, to receive, and to allow the day to unfold.
Come as you are, and leave with a renewed sense of peace, clarity, and wholeness.
What to Expect
Participants will spend extended periods lying comfortably on a cushion or yoga mat while immersed in the resonant tones of singing bowls, gongs, and other harmonic instruments.
These vibrations gently guide the mind and body into a meditative state, encouraging deep relaxation and the release of tension. In this calm and receptive space, many people experience a quieting of the mind and a renewed sense of balance.
Throughout the day, there will also be time for:
• personal reflection and journaling
• nourishing breaks
• gentle meditative movement
• optional opportunities to share insights and experiences within a supportive community setting
Each person’s experience is unique, and participants are encouraged to move through the day at their own pace.
What to Bring
Please bring items that will help you feel comfortable during extended periods of rest:
• A journal for reflection
• Your own comfortable “nest” — yoga mat, bolster, pillows, cushions, blankets, or eye covering
• Layers and socks so you can adjust your body temperature
• An open heart and willingness to be present
