How to prepare:
To prepare for a sound bath, follow these steps:

  1. Dress Comfortably: Wear loose, comfortable clothing to ensure you can fully relax. Layers are a good idea in case you get too warm or cold.
  2. Hydrate: Drink water before the session, but not too much to avoid discomfort.
  3. Arrive Early: Arriving 10-15 minutes early allows you to settle in, choose your spot, and get comfortable.
  4. Wear shoes that remove easily: Shoes must be removed in the coat area. It is the first room you enter when coming into the studio. There will be a sign asking you to remove your shoes before entering the main area.
  5. Bring a Journal and keep it with you for reflections at the end.
  6. Set Intentions: Before the session starts, think about what you want to focus on or what you hope to get out of the experience.
  7. Turn Off Devices: Ensure your phone is turned off or on silent to avoid disruptions.
  8. Relax: Once the session starts, focus on your breathing, let go of any tension in your body, and allow yourself to be fully present.
