Saturday Morning Sound Bath
Transition Sound Bath Series
This Transition Sound Bath Series represents the final opportunities to experience the healing resonance of this studio space before it closes. Each session is offered with deep intention as we honor the completion of one chapter and prepare to step into the next.
For many, the Saturday Morning Sound Bath has become a restorative ritual—a way to begin the weekend grounded, clear, and connected to inner peace. As I prepare to close my studio at the end of this year, the next two months will be the final opportunity to experience this powerful morning immersion in this sacred space.
This offering is designed to gently transition you out of the mental noise of the week and into a state of renewal. From the moment you step into the studio, you are met with a peaceful, welcoming environment intentionally arranged to support deep rest and energetic recalibration. Soft lighting, soothing aromatherapy, and a carefully curated atmosphere invite your body to soften and your breath to naturally slow. Comfortable floor mats and zero-gravity chairs are provided, along with blankets, bolsters, and eye coverings, allowing you to fully relax and be held by the space.
As the session begins, the gentle tones of crystal singing bowls fill the room with pure, resonant frequencies that help clear mental clutter and open the heart space. These vibrations are followed by deeper grounding tones from metal bowls and gongs, which work at a cellular level to support the body’s natural healing response. Throughout the experience, harmonious layers of sound move through the room in waves, guiding your brain into slower, more meditative states where deep rest and nervous system repair can take place.
Morning sound baths are especially effective for setting the tone of the day. They offer a reset for the mind, clarity for the emotions, and nourishment for the body. Many participants experience mental clarity, creative inspiration, emotional release, or a deep sense of alignment following the session—benefits that often continue into the days ahead.
These sessions carry a special significance as the final Saturday offerings in this space. This studio has witnessed profound healing, stillness, and awakening, and these last two sound baths will serve as a closing chapter for all who have journeyed here. If you have attended before, this is an opportunity to return and honor your personal experience in this sacred room. If you have always wanted to attend, this is your final chance to do so before this space is released.
The session concludes with gentle grounding and silent integration, allowing you to ease back into your day with renewed clarity, centered presence, and a sense of inner peace.
Whether you are seeking restoration, emotional release, spiritual connection, or simply a moment of stillness, this offering invites you to begin your weekend with intention and enter a state of deep renewal—one final time in this beloved studio.

How to prepare:
To prepare for a sound bath, follow these steps:
- Dress Comfortably: Wear loose, comfortable clothing to ensure you can fully relax. Layers are a good idea in case you get too warm or cold.
- Hydrate: Drink water before the session, but not too much to avoid discomfort.
- Arrive Early: Arriving 10-15 minutes early allows you to settle in, choose your spot, and get comfortable.
- Wear shoes that remove easily: Shoes must be removed in the coat area. It is the first room you enter when coming into the studio. There will be a sign asking you to remove your shoes before entering the main area.
- Bring a Journal and keep it with you for reflections at the end.
- Set Intentions: Before the session starts, think about what you want to focus on or what you hope to get out of the experience.
- Turn Off Devices: Ensure your phone is turned off or on silent to avoid disruptions.
- Relax: Once the session starts, focus on your breathing, let go of any tension in your body, and allow yourself to be fully present.
- Park on the cemetery side of the plaza. The door to Yoga Central faces the cemetery. Unfortunately there is no large sign, there is a smaller sign on the door. You will see when you arrive.
